The Rosebud Sioux Tribe has reintroduced 800-plus head of buffalo on 28,000 acres of grasslands as part of its Wolakota Regenerative Buffalo Range & Wildlife Sanctuary. It’s the largest Native American owned and managed bison herd in North America today.
